Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 71 years.

Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 1 year with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a translation approved by the notary is mandatory if the renter’s national driving license is not in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. International driver license or a translation approved by the notary must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW is USD 100 for all vehicle groups.

Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW is USD 100 for all vehicle groups.

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover up to USD 50,000 for personal injuries and material damages.

Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount.

The price of Super CDW is USD 5 per day for all vehicle groups.

Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.

Fees
Airport parking fee (only for exit) of USD 2 or more (depending on hours) will apply.

Other fees:
1. You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
2. Customers can buy unlimited parking in all cities for an additional charge of USD 16 per rental. Otherwise they can use the app to pay hourly, usually 1 GEL per hour.
3. Fines are not included and to be paid by the customers in case any.

Breakdown Assistance
24 hours roadside assistance is available for all rentals, if the car is located on an official road, even dirt roads but existing on the map. If it is stuck off the trail the car change will be charged depending on kilometers from the nearest city. Usually, USD 1.00 per kilometer. That includes the car change.

Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, a refueling fee will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy changes from time to time, please confirm at the rental counter.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited

Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is only allowed to Armenia and Azerbaijan for an additional charge of USD 89 per country.

Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.

Payment Methods
Only Cash, prepaid and credit cards of Mastercard and Visa standard are accepted at the rental desk. Diners Club and American Express or any other cards other than Mastercard and Visa are not accepted.

Deposit
No Deposit is required.

Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available free of charge.

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available free of charge.

Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
The 3 hour grace period is free of charge. After 3 hours 50% of daily price will apply and after 8 hours booking will be canceled.

for vehicle return:
The 3 hour grace period is free of charge. After 3 hours 50% of daily price will apply and after 8 hours full day charge will apply.

One Way Drop off Fee

70 USD charge will apply, if you pickup from different city and drop-off to different city.

Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
